What makes Excel Products different from other medical supply distributors?
Excel Products is dedicated lymphedema and other medical edemas. Unlike other resellers who carry products for a wide spectrum of medical conditions, we focus on supplying only those products appropriate for the safe and effective treatment of these unique conditions. Our unparalleled expertise in the field makes us uniquely qualified to supply individuals benefiting from Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) and medical compression. Our customers value our unwavering commitment to their specific needs and fully appreciate why we are the “Medical Edema Treatment Experts.”
How does Excel Products guarantee the quality and safety of the products I purchase?
Excel Products obtains all treatment products directly from the manufacturer. Unlike some “discount” distributors, we never purchase medical supplies from undisclosed wholesalers or “middlemen.” Purchasing directly from the manufacturer is the only way a medical compression supplies distributor can guarantee a product’s authenticity, quality, and most importantly, its sterility and medical safety.
Medical edema patients are particularly susceptible to infection and trauma to the skin if the highest quality sterile treatment products are not used. When it comes to purchasing these precise treatment supplies, common sense applies. If a “discount” distributor is selling products at prices markedly below those of established and reputable medical compression industry distributors, the authenticity, quality, and safety of those products is undoubtedly in question. Having worked passionately for over 20 years to improve the quality of care for lymphedema patients nationwide, we sincerely hope individuals will not put at risk the delicate nature of their recovery by purchasing inferior or unsanitary products at questionably low prices.
We would much rather see patients, therapists, and other healthcare professionals purchase lymphedema supplies from a reputable distributor, even if that company is one of our established competitors, than to see patients’ health put at risk. Our company was founded by one of this country’s most skilled, respected, and dedicated lymphedema clinicians, thereby insuring that our core values will always put patient well-being above all else.
How do Excel Products' prices compare to other distributors?
Excel Products’ prices are extremely competitive, often markedly lower than most outpatient suppliers. Customers purchasing online are not only able to enjoy our everyday low prices, but they can also take advantage of our immediate volume discounts. Upon adding volume quantities of any item to the shopping cart, customers will see the volume discount applied in real-time.
Even though our prices are low, we sell only the highest quality supplies obtained directly from the original manufacturers and will never substitute inferior or generic products. It is our firm belief that the safe and effective management of lymphedema and other medical edemas requires the highest quality treatment supplies from reputable manufactures. To insure their quality and authenticity, these supplies should always be obtained from a well-known and trustworthy distributor.
What kind of service can I expect from Excel Products?
Excel Products was founded with the goal of providing the best possible service to medical edema patients and the professionals who aid in their treatment. We are therefore committed to providing the highest level of customer service and are not satisfied until our customers are. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order or your shopping experience, please let us know so we may address your concerns immediately.
Additionally, we are always here to help you with your order. You can contact us anytime toll-free by phone or online through our live chat system. Either way, we believe customers should be able to reach out and speak with a real person if they have questions or concerns. While we constantly strive to keep our pricing extremely affordable, we do not believe low prices should come at the expense of service. Unlike some “strictly online” distributors who will only accept online orders, we are always happy to take your order by phone if you prefer.
